Fender Acres is home to me — literally and in the way it shaped my life.

I grew up in the Sardinia, (Brown County) and spent most of my childhood playing in these woods.
As a teenager, I became obsessed with building and maintaining four-wheeler trails through the property, spending countless days (and plenty of nights) out riding and taking care of the land.

In 2019, I was fortunate enough to purchase the property from some of my family and begin investing in it in a serious way. Since then, I’ve worked to create a stay that feels private and secluded, but still comfortable and high-quality.

Wildlife is part of everyday life here — whitetail deer are common visitors, and owls are the soundtrack to quiet nights. The pond is a favorite feature year-round, especially on steamy mornings and foggy autumn evenings when the whole place feels still.

My hope is that the home and the property gives you the same thing it’s always given me: room to breathe, space to wander, and a true reset in the country.
