The property has deep personal roots for me.
I grew up nearby and spent my childhood wandering these woods, exploring trails, and learning the value of caring for the land. As a teenager, I poured countless hours into building and maintaining those trails—clearing paths, improving the property bit by bit, and taking real pride in the work.

In 2019, I was fortunate to purchase the property from family and turn that lifelong connection into something shareable. My vision was simple: create a high-quality, comfortable private stay that feels elevated, but still authentic to its natural surroundings.

Today, Fender Acres centers around a beautiful stocked pond (perfect for fishing or peaceful waterfront lounging), wooded trails and creeks for wandering, abundant wildlife (whitetail deer are frequent visitors, and owls often provide the evening soundtrack), and a hot tub under the stars for ultimate relaxation.

Inside the home, you’ll find modern upgrades like stone countertops, spa-style bathrooms with a deep soaker tub, premium bedding, and large TVs with sound systems—thoughtfully maintained and continually improved to enhance your experience.
